You are given a 14-day trial period for the DFY Toolkit when you subscribe to the monthly plan via the Content Multiplier Formula sales page.
If you wish to discontinue your subscription after your free trial comes to an end, please contact us within 24 hours prior to the ending of your trial period by submitting a cancellation request at support@smobble.com
Once the 24-hour period has passed, your subscription will automatically continue and your payment card will automatically be charged the full monthly membership subscription rate provided at the time of enrollment every month until you cancel.

The Gamechanger Intensive LIVE event ticket comes with a five-day cooling off period. A full refund of the event ticket will be granted if the refund request is placed within 5 working days from the date of the purchase.
Any refund requests after the cooling-off period will not be accommodated.

The DFY Toolkit is a subscription plan which comes with a 14-day free trial. You can activate your trial and then cancel anytime within the 14 days at no charge. After the 14 days, we do not offer refunds for subscription purchases.
You will be charged the monthly or yearly subscription fee, depending on the plan you have chosen, for the DFY Toolkit once your free 14-day trial membership has expired. You will not be able to get a refund for cancelling at any point after this.
You may still cancel your subscription for the following month or year, but you will not be refunded for the current month or year which you have been billed for.
