How do I gain access to the Member’s Area of the program?
The content of the program which you have purchased can be accessed via the Member's Area. 

Create a new account or log in into your existing member’s account here. Please ensure that you use the same email address you used to claim your Content Multiplier Formula booklet, to sign up for your account.
I can’t access the program I purchased, it prompts me to upgrade! 
In the Member’s Area, you will only be able to access the component(s) which you have purchased.

When does the Challenge start?
The challenge is set to start on the 1st of every month. If you have made your purchase after the 4th of each month, whether it is during the middle or at the end of the month, you will be only be included in the challenge for the upcoming month.

Do keep an eye on your inbox, as we will be sending you emails when the challenge is about to kick-start. You may go through the Pre-Training section in your Member’s Area prior to the start in order to maximise your time during the challenge. 
I was not able to attend the webinar, where can I find the replay link?
We will be sending out the replay link once the webinar is over, please take a look at your inbox to ensure that you have not missed the emails containing the replay link. 

Please check your junk/spam folders as well.
Why have I not received any emails about the challenge?
Please check your junk/spam folders in case the emails might be located there.

However, if you have not received any of our emails, it may have been that you have previously unsubscribed/opted out from our mailing list.
