HOW CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY BOOK?
You can check the latest status of your book shipment hereYour tracking number can be found in the Shipment Notification email that has been sent to you upon order confirmation.
Your book ships directly from the United States. For Domestic orders, this book can take up to 10 working days to be delivered to your doorstop, and 25 working days for International orders.
Our website supports the use of both debit and credit cards. If your transaction has been denied, please follow the steps below :-

  • Use a different card to perform a purchase
  • Contact your local bank to inform them to allow access for the purchases
  • ​Ensure that you clear your browser cookies and cache
If this issue still persists, please contact your local bank or card issuer to make sure your card is still active for online and international purchases.
The double-charge could have occurred because your sales page was refreshed or your "back" button on your browser was pressed. To request for a refund, kindly get in touch with us here and we will provide your refund for the duplicated charges.
